Main Responsibilities
The role involves cultivating and expanding corporate business opportunities while sourcing and implementing a comprehensive range of products.
It is essential to foster deep client relationships and provide support to the sales team in their commercial efforts.

- Co responsibility with Senior Bankers as one team
- Proactive origination and initiatives
- Maximize hit ratio
- Penetrate client portfolio
- Responsibility of offshore entities and "important" clients
- Support subsidiaries / operational entities penetration, MNC's
Maximize interactions with product partners
- Relevant business development
- Efficient deal execution (pitch, bizcom, credit memo, facility …)
Originate all products
- Full Coverage origination
- Increase equipment rate across Natixis products suite
- Full responsibility on flow products
- Accountable for pricing and T&Cs to ensure the right level of EVA
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of senior front office experience with corporate clients in corporate finance.
- Master's degree or CPA qualification.
- Strong understanding of banking products, including investment banking, structured finance, and capital markets, along with extensive local corporate connections.
- Legal knowledge relevant to corporate finance.
- Proficient credit skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
- Highly structured, organized, and systematic in approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, present, pitch, and argue effectively.
