Implement Plan to Achieve School Enrolment Goals
- Implement annual admission plans and support team members to achieve the school's enrolment target.
- Answer enquiries to the school via phone, WeChat, emails, visits etc. and convert the enquiries to applications.
- Answer enquiries and requests for boarding information from parents.
- Plan and conduct school visits, school information sessions and other admissions events.
- Support and encourage parents through the enrolment process.
- Inform and update parents through the enrolment process.
- Implement the enrolled students retention programme, make sure all enrolled students will join the school and avoid cancel acceptance cases.
- Handle information regarding student withdrawals and references accurately and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept in the loop.
- Work with the Boarding Headmasters to promote the advantages and benefits of boarding to the appropriate stakeholders. Ensure Admissions Assessment Process Adhere with Regulatory and School Policies
- Administer admissions tests to students under strict exam conditions to ensure fairness to all within the process.
- Ensure appropriate tests and protocols are used depending on the applicant's year group and testing process.
- Support parents and guide students appropriately when they visit school for their in-class observations and/or interviews. Ensure Student Data is Accurate and Up-To-Date
- Review all student data, information and materials in the School Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Admissions System is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review boarding students' information (guardian contact details, medical, etc.) is kept up-to-date.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in business administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, Open Apply, iSAMS system, and/or relevant software within the sales life cycle.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing role with demonstrated success in growing / increasing sales in a competitive market.
- 2-3 years of admissions experience in other schools/education institutions, experience in the UK A-Level curriculum is a plus.
