Job title: Planning&CS Specialist 计划&客服专员, Permanent
As the Planning&CS Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- 1,Work as contact window to customer for handling customer orders;
- 2,Regularly review and provide latest customer demand forecast to internal;
- 3,Release MO and coordinate internal process (material, export, production,quality and so on) to ensure customer order's fulfillment on time;
- 4,Material/Inventory analysis and control and data set up/maintain in system;
- 5, Collect, maintain and report the related KPIs on regular basis;
- 6,Participate in the regular budget process and provide the requested data/report;
The skills you will need:
- College degree or above;
- Related experience in customer service, material planning and production planning;
- Knowledge and experience in office software, PPT, Power BI is preferred;
- Familiar with ERP system;
- Fluent English both of speaking and writing;
- Easygoing, team work sense, good communication skill
