My client is a well-known alternative asset management company. Currently, due to business development needs, it is looking to recruit a fund raising director
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate annual/quarterly fund raising plans, focusing on tracks such as industrial logistics, new energy, and data centers; coordinate fund raising solutions, roadshows, negotiations, and fund receipt to ensure the timely achievement of scale targets.
- Develop and maintain institutional investors (including insurance funds, sovereign funds, pension funds, family offices, etc.), organize communication meetings and roadshows, and convey the fund's value and performance.
- Collaborate with investment research, risk control, legal, and finance departments to ensure compliance in fund raising (in line with the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, etc.), and synchronize progress to support investment decisions and project implementation.
- Track market trends, policies, and competitors, produce analysis reports, and optimize product design and fund raising strategies.
III. Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, management, or related fields; graduates from 985/211 universities or prestigious overseas universities are preferred; holding certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in fund raising or capital operation; experience and familiarity with the logistics, new energy, or data center tracks are preferred.
- Proficient in the entire fund raising process and compliance requirements, with the ability to conduct independent negotiations; excellent at team management and business communication.
