We are looking for an IB PYP Curriculum Coordinator for an international school based in Shanghai. This is a full-time position available for February 2026.

Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development and Implementation Oversee the design development and implementation of the IB PYP curriculum ensuring alignment with IB standards philosophy and learning outcomes
- Teacher Support and Professional Development Provide guidance mentoring and training to PYP teachers to enhance their understanding of the IB framework and inquiry-based teaching practices
- Assessment and Evaluation Develop and monitor assessment strategies that align with PYP principles ensuring student progress is tracked and reported effectively
- Program Compliance and Evaluation Ensure the PYP program meets IB authorization and evaluation requirements preparing documentation and facilitating IB review processes
- Collaboration and Communication Work with school leadership teachers and parents to promote the PYP philosophy fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning community
- Resource Management Curate and manage teaching and learning resources to support the PYP curriculum ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to inquiry-based learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in education
- At least 3 years of full-time teaching IB PYP
- IB certification
- Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of 28,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
