  • Engage project members in achieving goals and monitor theperformance of team members;
  • Act as an Agile consultant, support planning and implementingnew workflows;
  • Integrate technologies into workflows to increase theefficiency of project and daily assignment;
  • Escalate issues during the implementation of Agilemethodologies;
  • Responsible for vendor management. Participate negotiation tomake sure best deal and services;
  • Responsible for monthly project status reports and meetings;
  • Teach the concepts of task definition, velocity and burndownmetrics to all staff;
  • Possess the relevant knowledge required for his or her workingarea / function and keeps up-to-date as needed. Qualitfication:
  • Project management knowledge and skill used to ensure a smoothtransition and minimal disruption during process changes introduced into anorganization, or during a system implementation;
  • Knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to direct andcoordinate human and material resources at all phases in a project:origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and close-out;
  • Ability and skills on balancing competing demands and mitigatingrisks to ensure an acceptable product is delivered to stakeholders and sponsorsin budget, on time, and with quality standards;
  • Possess project management knowledge, such as Waterfall andAgile (Scrum);
  • Knowledge of the systematic process of measuring customer'sinternal processes then identifying, understanding, and adapting outstandingpractices from other organizations considered to be best-in-class;
  • Knowledge of the contracting or subcontracting of non-corebusiness activities or processes to free up cash, personnel, time, andfacilities for business activities or processes in which holds customer'scompetitive advantage;
  • Knowledge and ability to arrange business travel (itineraries,transportation, accommodation) and related expense effectively according tocustomer's business needs;
  • Ability and skill to understand and effectively use standardclient and/or server software packages to support business processes (e.g. MSOffice, Internet, Intranet, SAP CO, ARIS, WCG);
  • Knowledge of the processes of comprehensive, integrative ITplanning that consider, at a minimum, the future of current decisions,organizational development, and links to operational plans, as well as theability to run self-assessments, report and manage local and HQ Compliance regulationsbased on the existing framework;
  • English proficiency is required.
