We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Learning & Talent Development to design, implement, and oversee our worldwide strategy for employee growth and organizational capability. This pivotal role will be responsible for creating a cohesive framework that develops talent at all levels, from early career to executive leadership, ensuring we have the skills and pipeline necessary to achieve our ambitious global goals. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling development initiatives across diverse cultures and geographies.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership:**

* Develop and execute a global learning and talent development strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives and future skill requirements.

* Partner with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and regional HR teams to diagnose organizational needs and translate them into effective development solutions.

* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of all talent development programs.

* Manage the global L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and investment in high-impact areas.

**Talent Management & Leadership Development:**

* Design and manage the global talent review and succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees and future leaders.

* Architect and deliver a world-class, multi-tiered leadership development program for managers, senior leaders, and executives.

* Oversee the implementation and evolution of core talent processes, including performance management, goal setting, and 360-degree feedback.

**Learning & Development:**

* Lead the creation and curation of a blended learning ecosystem (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual sessions, micro-learning, coaching, mentoring) that caters to a diverse, global audience.

* Champion a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development through the promotion of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms.

* Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions to supplement internal capabilities and provide best-in-class content.

* Ensure all global programs are locally relevant and inclusive, accounting for cultural nuances and language differences.

**Program Management & Operations:**

* Direct a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and direction.

* Standardize core programs globally while allowing for regional customization to meet specific market needs.

* Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline program delivery, personalize learning paths, and demonstrate business impact.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 10+ years** of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with at least **5 years** in a global or multi-regional leadership role.

* Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale, global talent initiatives (e.g., succession planning, leadership academies, competency frameworks).

* Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (LMS, LXP, etc.).

* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at the executive level.

* Strong business acumen and the ability to link talent development to commercial outcomes.

* Demonstrated experience in managing a significant budget and leading a team.

* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

* High cultural intelligence and experience working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
