We're looking for backend engineers to work with our founders, existing team and our Product Manager in Shanghai to ship the integrations and infrastructure that unlock YASO's next 2 years of growth.

You'll help build the foundations - data pipeline, platform integrations, internal tools - that will enable us to scale to 10x the customers and 50x the ecommerce volume that we have now.
岗位的直属汇报对象为 创始人兼首席产品技术官(James,常驻伦敦),同时与上海的产品及运营团队保持每日协同。您将在跨时区的国际化团队中通过异步协作开展工作,并定期与国际团队线下面对面协作。
You report to our Founder (James, based in London), with daily collaboration with your squad, PM and YASO's ops team in Shanghai. You'll work async within our international team in Europe, with regular opportunities for in-person collaboration across the team.

工作内容 | You Will
· 负责架构设计与核心系统开发,运用技术与AI能力整合品牌在跨电商平台、多仓协同场景下的营销、销售与运营流程
· Architect and develop infrastructure that leverages technology and AI to consolidate ecommerce marketing, sales & operational processes for brands operating across multiple Chinese ecommerce platforms with multiple warehouses
· 与中国及全球技术团队协作,共同构建支撑中国业务的数据基础设施,包括数据管道、数据库、服务器与API体系Design and build the data infrastructure that powers our China operations including data-pipelines, databases, servers, and APIs in collaboration with our China and global teams
· 设计与实现安全、可扩展、可维护的API,为内外部用户及业务系统提供稳定可靠的技术基础Design and implement secure, scalable, maintainable and extensible APIs that will be foundational for internal and external users
· 持续优化基础设施的CI/CD流程,提升工程效率,加速功能迭代与产品上市速度Improve the CI/CD process for our infrastructure and reduce our time to market for new features
· 与全栈工程师及全球团队紧密配合,确保中国区基础设施与面向客户的功能实现无缝集成Collaborate with our full-stack engineers and global team to ensure China infrastructure integrates smoothly with customer-facing features
· 保障系统与数据的安全性、隐私性及合规性,建立稳定可信的技术环境Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our technology and data
· 持续跟踪AI、机器学习与金融科技领域的技术发展,推动系统架构与产品能力的持续演进Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and finance to continually improve our product offerings
· 指导与帮助新入职工程师快速融入技术栈、工程规范与业务上下文Onboard and mentor incoming engineers on codebase, patterns, and business context
· 伴随公司成长,逐步承担技术团队管理职责,引领工程师与数据科学家团队发展。
· Eventually lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and developers as the startup grows
· 通过推行工程最佳实践,积极参与技术文化建设。Help to shape our engineering culture by introducing and sharing best practices
· 参与中国区值班轮岗,保障系统稳定运行与快速响应。Participate in our China-based On Call rotation
Requirements任职要求 | Requirements
· 年后端开发经验,精通 TypeScript ) Web 服务开发5-8 years as a backend engineer, with experience with Typescript (Node) web services
· 5年以上关系型数据库实战经验,熟练掌握 MySQL/PostgreSQL 的架构设计、查询优化与性能调优5+ years' experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres
· 具备从零架构并搭建数据密集型分布式系统的完整经验,涵盖数据处理、管道构建与数据仓库建设Deep experience in architecting and building data-intensive, distributed systems from scratch, including with data munging, data pipelines and data warehousing
· 精通复杂 SQL 查询的编写、优化与问题排查,能够独立完成数据提取、转换与集成任务Deep experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and integration
· 在设计schema、优化查询、独立调试性能问题方面有深厚经验Deep experience designing schemas, optimizing queries, debugging performance issues without support
· 优秀的跨职能协作能力,能够与内外部工程及产品团队顺畅配合Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external engineering and product teams
· 拥有作为核心负责人,将全新基础设施从概念设计推进至生产上线的成功实践。Strong experience bringing new infrastructure from concept to production as the sole or lead programmer
· 具备构建清晰、可扩展 RESTful API 的丰富经验,能够高效支持前端及其他业务团队Strong experience building clean, extensible APIs with RESTful principles that support front-ends and other teams
· 熟练掌握 CI/CD、Docker 及其他 DevOps 相关工具与流程Experience with CI/CD, Docker and DevOps
· 出色的解决问题能力、批判性思维与沟通技巧,具备高度自主工作的能力 Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Strong ability to operate autonomously
· 熟悉早期创业公司的工作节奏,能够适应快速发展中常见的模糊性与不确定性 Familiar with the rhythm and pace of early-stage startups; OK with the level of ambiguity that often comes at this stage
· 具备与高级工程师协作的成熟心态,既能在自身领域主导技术决策,也尊重他人的专业领域 Experience collaborating with other senior engineers as peers - you're comfortable both leading technical decisions in your domain and deferring to others in theirs
· 拥有使用 OpenAI/Anthropic API 及向量数据库构建 LLM 应用经验者优先 Any experience in building LLM applications using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and vector databases is welcomed
