- Focus on omni-channel E2E media planning to support business target. Co-create the media ecosystem and targets to achieve overall KPI's.
- Lead (leading, consulting and coaching) to achieve media KPIs and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
- Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager, including in-take media brief, media plan, media KPI setting, spot plan and media execution. Brief and co-ordinate all external agencies and/ Philips internal teams (BMC, BCC and consume mktg)
- Report media mix, media budget allocation, media performance, and drive analytics to support data-based decision-making processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI improvements.
- Drive execution excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce and performance media
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- +8 years of media or performance mktg related experience in Marketing function.
- Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex projects or engagements.
- Solid digital marketing background, with a key focus on data analytics and/or e-commerce.
