管理维护Link测试台架 Prepare the samples and fixtures, operate the dyno machine, monitor the test status, deal with machine breakdown issues, and generate the test reports. 准备样件和夹具,操作台架,监控测试状态,处理机器故障问题,并生成测试报告 Coordinate the test requests, planning and following up. 协调测试需求、计划以及后续跟进工作 Responsible for developing new test procedure and program the script for dyno system. 负责制定新的测试程序,并为编写脚本 Responsible for lab management, including the spare parts, testing facilities, working instruction, documentation… 负责实验室的管理工作,包括备件、测试设备、操作指南、文件资料等Supporting team development to improve the testing knowledge and experience. 支持团队发展,以提升测试方面的知识和经验 Qualifications: Strong mechanical/mechatronics engineering, durability and testing fundamentals 较强机械/机电系统工程背景,耐久和测试基础 Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition systems etc. 测量和传感器布置,数据采集等相关工作经验 Fluent English and Chinese communication 流利的中英文沟通 Self-management and motivation,attention to detail 良好的自我管理,自驱力,并关注细节 Familiar with Link dyno 熟悉Link台架
