工作职责:

Key Responsibilities
Product campaign development:

  • Continuous tracking on product performance and issue identification
  • Develop quick action plan with sounds rationale for improvement and align with various parties
  • Liaise with regional marketing team on product innovation development
  • Develop annual coffret plan for certain product lines with on-going monitoring

Marketing Plan Development And Implementation

  • Lead the development of product marketing campaign with the support from cross function
  • Manage campaign budget and lead the implementation of marketing activities
  • Manage marketing agencies including media buying, creative design etc.
  • Work with trade marketing to development effective promotion plan and instore merchandising impact
  • Work with training team to deliver effective training story to engage sales force
  • Monitor campaign on-market performance and drive for improvement

Product Related Operation Management

  • Work with registration team on new product innovation registration
  • Regular update to sales team on marketing activities
  • Work with supply chain team on product demand forecast to ensure product supply
  • Lead promotion pack design and production

任职条件:

  • 4 years above experience at brand/product marketing in multinational companies
  • Experience on leading marketing campaign development and implementation
  • Good project management and communication skill
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skill
  • Result-oriented and creative thinking
  • Mature, agile and good team player
  • Passionate and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency on Office software (PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.)
  • Fluent English and Mandarin in verbal conversation and business writing
  • University bachelor degree above
