Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects related to semiconductor backend manufacturing lines. This includes managing the automation of processes, testing, and deployment of backend applications inchluding hardware and software solutiosn, ensuring that they are efficient and reliable to improve manufacturing productivities. Working together with Infineon Haredware and software solution provider to form end-to-end automation concept to improve manufacturing efficiency, in terms of Personnel, Material, and capital efficiency.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Project Planning: develop a comprehensive project plan, including setting goals, defining scope, establishing timelines, and allocating resources
- Team Management: Leading a team of automation engineers, operation engineers (UPE/EE), and other stakeholders. Ensure that each team member is aware of their responsibilities and is working towards the project's objectives
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the project's success is a critical responsibility
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, is essential
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the automation solutions meet the required quality standards is vital
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Managing the project budget, including estimating costs, allocating resources, and tracking expenses, is a key responsibility
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and processes in Semiconductor fields or other industrial manufacturing Fields
- More than 5 years working Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), a certified project manager (PMP, IPMA or etc. ) is higher preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Fluent English skill is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hold bachelor degree or above
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
