该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a Marketing and Client Communications Specialist who will play a key role in executing digital media strategies and managing client communications for our China-based and international publishing clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in China's unique digital ecosystem, bilingual communication skills, and marketing insight to drive engagement and visibility for academic publishers, societies, and institutional clients. Note: This is a one-year contract opportunity. This is a remote opportunity. Job Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Implement integrated content strategies across WeChat Official Accounts, RedNote, and China search engines. Plan and manage WeChat and search marketing campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement. Support paid media strategies (e.g., WeChat ads, KOL collaborations, PPC) to maximize ROI. Conduct regular social listening, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities. Assist in proposal creation and campaign ideation for both ongoing and prospective clients. Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for English-speaking publishing clients and academic societies with a presence in China. Lead culturally sensitive communications, align on expectations, and maintain strong feedback loops. Support regular performance reporting and proactively manage client needs. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Execution Collaborate with content teams, designers, PPC agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage WeChat operations, support events, and continuously improve internal workflows for better agility and results. Quality & Performance Management Monitor campaign performance and client feedback to drive improvements. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and timeliness and quickly resolve any issues to maintain client satisfaction. Essential Skills Digital marketing expertise: Proven track record in managing China-focused digital marketing campaigns, including WeChat Official Accounts, RedNote, search engine marketing (Baidu/Bing), and paid media. Communication skills: Full professional fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities. Qualifications & Pre-requisites 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with a focus on China market. Proven experience in managing WeChat Official Accounts, RedNote, search engine marketing. Experience working with international publishing, academic, or education sectors is a strong plus. Familiarity with China PPC/SEM strategies and social media ecosystem. Knowledge of academic publishing cycles and society engagement models preferred. Experience with marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
