Title: Head of Artificial Intelligence
Compensation:Annual Salary RMB 1800k - 2200k(negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's AI strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and lead a cross-functional AI team (ML, NLP, CV, LLMs, data science).
- Drive R&D of core AI technologies and ensure large-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to commercialize AI applications.
- Establish partnerships with academia and industry; track AI trends and adjust strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven leadership in AI R&D, with experience managing medium-to-large teams.
- Deep expertise in ML, DL, NLP, CV, recommendation systems, or LLMs.
- Familiar with distributed training, inference optimization, AI platforms, and MLOps.
- Strong strategic vision, business acumen, and execution capability.
