About Your Team
The Talent Services team manages all operational aspects of talent management and provides support to the Learning & Development, Talent, and Resourcing teams. As part of Talent Services, the Talent & Learning Operations team is responsible for managing the key administrative and operational processes that enable employees at Fidelity to learn and grow. This includes the administration of training programmes on Cornerstone, providing logistical support for training sessions, managing vendor relationships, generating and processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

About Your Role
You will be responsible for supporting learning operations, managing employee queries and ensuring smooth administration through our Learning Management System, Cornerstone. The role includes coordinating with external training vendors and internal learning partners for program management and maintaining accurate data and reports. With a focus on learner experience and operational excellence, you will contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and capability development across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Administration of all global L&D programs on Cornerstone, our learning management system; this will include creating Instructor led training sessions, updating training attendance rosters, uploading pre or post training material, creation of curriculum and upload of other learning objects such videos/materials and online courses.
  • Support Training logistics including invitations, enrolments, attendance and completions to ensure smooth governance and operational efficiency
  • Create, monitor and share Training evaluations with stakeholders to assess learning impact and effectiveness
  • Training Report Administration: Maintain and share accurate learning data, dashboards and reports for stakeholder insights.
  • Administer leadership assessments on third party tools and ensure timely closure with stakeholders
  • Query handling via internal ticketing tool and shared mailbox within defined SLA's
  • Vendor Administration: Manage Vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions and invoice processing in line with procurement policies.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by participating in streamlining processes, learner experience and system enhancements

About You
We are looking for individuals with the following experience and skills:

  • Technical proficiency in managing Cornerstone and other learning platforms.
  • Experience of operationally managing leadership programmes and other organisation-wide training.
  • A strong understanding of all aspects of training creation, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing and Purchase Order execution.
  • Experience of working with global stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
