Essential Duties And Responsibilities

People development
Ensure the safety/5S of shop floor.
Responsible for floor discipline and ensure associates complying of company policy.
Responsible for quality control, scrap & defect reductions and improvement.
Responsible for production output, PPH and OEE.
Provide necessary support to needed personnel, and other colleagues.
Performance management for associates.
To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
leader of GPS implementation in his/her area.
Leader of continuous improvement projects of his/her area.
Value Creation
Monitor inventory level, and shop orders status from time to time.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure WI is lasted version.
Ensure associates compliance with WI/control plan, operating procedure etc.
Ensure smooth shift hand over.
Ensure all production and quality recordings are prompt and accurate.
Ensure TPM in shopfloor.
Citizenship
Support ISO9000&ISO14000/18000 &other systems be implemented in plant.
Ensure PPE is proper provided to associates and ensure associates dress PPE.
Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Keys to Success

Requires understanding and application of procedures and practices within own area and basic knowledge of other areas
Understands how the team relates to other closely related teams to improve efficiency

Supervisory Responsibilities

3+ direct reports
Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches associates to meet deadlines
Has performance management and people development responsibility for associates under their care
