Job Overview
Responsible for executing end-to-end processes from order to delivery, including warehousing, transportation, and outsourced processing:

Product types include but are not limited to: raw materials, finished goods, and other items involved in company procurement, manufacturing, and trading operations. Main responsibilities include:

  • Warehousing Operations: In accordance with warehousing management and EHS requirements, manage and coordinate with third-party warehouses and factories for product receiving, shipping, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure accurate execution of warehousing-related tasks in business processes, and handle settlement and performance evaluation of third-party warehouses.
  • Outsourced Processing Operations: Based on customer order requirements, convert products requiring external processing into processing demands and communicate them to third-party or in-house factories. Track processing progress and handle settlement and performance evaluation of related services.

Core Responsibilities
Third-Party Warehouse and Processor Management

  • Execute company warehousing management strategies and optimize end-to-end processes for storage and third-party processing.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, inventory management, etc.) to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Perform SAP operations and handle document and information exchange with warehouses.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources (suppliers, carriers, warehouses, procurement, customer service, etc.) to resolve ad-hoc issues (e.g., delays, cargo damage).
  • Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and daily operations for outsourced processing.

Cost Control

  • Analyze warehousing costs (storage, labor, etc.) and develop plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party warehouses or processors to optimize collaboration models.

Daily Management

  • Manage and track third-party service level KPIs to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance the professional capabilities and execution efficiency of third-party warehouses and processors.

System and Process Optimization

  • Execute operations and provide optimization suggestions for company information systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
  • Perform department-related operations in the company's manufacturing resource system (SAP).

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure activities of third-party warehouses and processors comply with legal regulations (e.g., hazardous materials storage compliance).
  • Implement safety management systems to prevent accidents during warehousing or processing.

Qualifications
Education

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Experience in the chemical manufacturing or chemical distribution industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with subfields such as warehouse automation, smart logistics, and last-mile delivery is a plus.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of management software (ERP/WMS/TMS); hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Others

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
