From strategic planning to execution and sustainment, this role is expected to lead the ongoing evolvement of operations capability for scale, enabled by digital systems, tools, processes and ways of working, etc.

Your day to day

  • Lead the execution, sustainment and enhancement of Ops 4.0 transformation, build organization capability for scalable operations and actively seek enhancement to drive efficiency
  • Lead Change Management and work closely with 100+ corporate cross-functional users and 5000+ hotel users to adopt Ops 4.0 tools/system/process/ways of working
  • Lead the needs analysis, development and roll-out of digital enablers and tools (e.g OA system, dashboards, gen AI use case etc), able to identify and connect business needs with digital enablers
  • Oversee operations analytic function, guide team members in data retrieval and cleaning, workflow design, forecast modeling, and user interface design
  • Lead the design and review of GC hotels performance measurement, awards and other enablers to drive excellence operations performance
  • Liaison with regional and global counterparts to drive global projects and insights (operations-related)

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hotel Management or equivalent degree in business analytics or strategy preferred
  • Typically 10 years of strategic project and Analytic & Insights experience, minimum of 5 years of team management experience is preferred
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is a prerequisite
  • Experience in leading corporate strategic projects; experience with digital product/OA/AI projects is preferred; Experience in leading large-scale Change Management is preferred
  • Good understanding of scale business and hotel industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with digital platform and system development processes; hands-on experience with OA systems, AI applications, or similar projects
  • Experience in predictive modeling, process optimization, and system integration
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and machine learning in practical business applications
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying business pain points and driving solutions
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively bridging business, technology, and user perspectives
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills to drive organizational change and cultural transformation
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to maintain strategic focus in a complex environment
  • Experience leading high-performance teams with a focus on talent development and empowerment
  • Ability to set clear goals and priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
