  • Develop CRM tool with friendly features to support operations
  • Build and optimize CRM system and BI platforms in collaboration with IT teams.

Qualification

  • Strategic thinking and detailed execution. Strong business and data sense.
  • Good will of learning and quick learning. Be agile. Good at communication
  • Has basic technical knowledge
  • Prefer brand CRM experience. Digital capability is a plus.
