Job context

Olmix China is looking for a motivated
Technical Support
. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, distributors, and the global technical team to provide technical documents, support customer visits, and follow up on farm trials.


What you'll do
(missions)

  • Coordinate with local sales teams, distributors and the internal technical team aboard for all required technical documents.
  • Assisting foreign colleagues for customer visits in China.
  • Go to farms to follow up product trials.


What you bring
(hard skills, soft skills, level of education, experience, …)

Bachelor's degree or plus in animal science, animal nutrition, immunology or veterinarian.

Minimum two years' working experience in large scale swine or poultry farms

Experienced in technical support will be given priority consideration

Good communication skills and proficiency in the English language.

Olmix Office in Beijing, China and required travel and work in the field as needed to support business and technical activities.


Interview Schedule

  • An initial telephone interview with our HR Recruiter: an opportunity to give you a brief introduction to the position and gather initial information about your profile.
  • An interview (in person or by videoconference) with Technical Manager & Commercial Manager: you can talk in detail about your experience and what you're looking for in your future position.
  • Soft skill test via AssessFirst.
  • A final interview (in person or by videoconference) with General Director, to talk about what motivates you at work, and to go deeper into your soft skills (based on your tests results).
  • A phone call a week after your last interview.
