该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: Marketing Communications  Plan And Implement Communication Campaigns To Drive Brand Awareness And Preference, Such As Digital And Social Campaigns, As Well As Brand Events.  Manage Nabati Owned Media Platforms ( Weixin, Rednote, Weibo And Tiktok) To Maintain Continuous Brand Voice And Drive Awareness Of Nabati Products. Work With Cross-function To Nail Down Plan Content Calendar And Implement.  Outreach And Pitch For Cross-category Collaborations To Lift Brand Voice And Build a Young, Dynamic Brand Image For Nabati.  Maximize The ROI Within Given Budget For Each Communication Program. E- Commerce

 Develop Nabati China E-commerce annual in-bound marketing investment plan by platforms in accordance with brand and product portfolio strategy and platforms agenda.  Closely work with EC and brand marketing team to drive flagships traffic and purchase via. paid media, content marketing, live stream, SCRM and platforms IPs cooperation.  Plan, implement, track and evaluate eCommerce campaigns and shopping festivals, and optimize effectiveness and make action upon business target.  Support new platforms and / or store opening, decoration and initial stage operation. 任职要求:  Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or equivalent discipline with good professional foundation and knowledge;

 More than 5 years working experience in reputable FMCG or media/ E-Commerce team, with minimum 2 years solid media marketing experience, food industry is preferred;  Be skillful with in-bound paid media and content marketing operation;  Be familiar with data analysis from data to actional insights  Strong communication, multiple task management skill and can work under pressure

 English lauguage can be used as working language, epecially in written.
