Senior Analyst, Program Management, HR (2-Year)
About the job...
Primary Purpose of Position
● Understanding the goals and objectives of the operational business plans and develops the necessary people and rewards strategies;
● Provides support of payroll process for Greater China, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements
● Provide general HR affairs & overall HR support including but not limited to associates on/off boarding, associates communication/consultation, associates engagement and talent retention and other ad hoc personnel projects in accordance with the Company's People policies.
What you'll do...
Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:
● Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for associates of Greater China.
● Collect payroll data and complete payroll input, verify and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
● Responsible for Social insurance and Housing fund contributions.
● Validate social insurance report, tax report and any payroll related reports etc. to ensure all payroll related data proceeded accurately.
● Annual payroll and benefit activities, including year-end activities.
● HCM system related job including system implementation / testing / communication.
● Other payroll and benefit related activities and projects.
● Deliver onboarding and perform new associates orientation to ensure associates experience;
● Manage all HR processes including, on/off boarding, probation, contract renewal, employment status change, leave management, and etc.
● Be responsible for relative HCM data maintain, including associate information, all relative data check. Ensure all the data accuracy;
● Maintain and collect all kinds of associates lifecycle documents, ensure all the documents are accurate and follow the company process and compliance, filing all the documents according to the guidelines;
● Be responsible for answering all kinds of associates inquiries in an appropriate manner, and resolve enquires on time;
● Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed.
What you'll bring...
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent;
● 2+ years of human resources hands-on experience in HR operation;
● Excellent command in both written & spoken English and local language;
● Mature, approachable, and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
● Diverse and able to work with people from different cultural background;
● A well-organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment;
● Knowledge of Statutory Laws regarding licensing, welfare benefits, Pay and allowances.
