Manage the Channel Operations effectiveness of China. Be responsible for BU end-to-end sales operation work, including sales validation, reporting, incentive calculation and analytic. Also be core contact person for the above work both internally (with BU, key stakeholders) and externally (3rd party vendor, distributors, etc.)

How you'll make an impact:

  • Responsible for BU monthly sales validation result
  • Develop complex reports including but not limited to billing, hospital, inventory, sales/dealer achievement/rebate report
  • Develop and analyze reports that will help in decision making of business functions in China
  • Advise business functions through the use of channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI updates
  • Conduct stocktaking in logistics platform or distributor site, resolve mutual problems to manage and enhance inventory data accuracy
  • Deliver related training to distributors/BU for SOP and SFDC system guidance
  • Mindset to be customer facing problem solvers

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Sales Force Effectiveness, 5 years experience previous related SFE experience in consumable, IVD area in MNC

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Solid fundamental SFE mindset and skill set (i.e: excellent modeling skill), solide MDM mindset including system maintenance, familiar with medical device or IVD business model
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including think-cell
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
  • Has project management experience
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
