该职位来源于猎聘 The Operations Data Quality Director at a multinational research agency is responsible for spearheading the strategy, governance, and execution of data quality initiatives across global operational functions. This role ensures that data used in research, decision-making, reporting, and operational processes is accurate, consistent, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership within a research-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide data quality frameworks, policies, and standards tailored to research operations.
  • Establish data quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and compliance across international research units.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and research teams to embed data quality practices into daily workflows.
  • Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues impacting research integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data quality team across multiple geographies.
  • Act as a key liaison between operations, data governance, and analytics teams.
  • Educate stakeholders on the importance of data quality and drive cultural change within the research organization.
  • Evaluate and implement data quality tools and platforms suitable for research data environments.
  • Partner with IT to ensure data architecture supports quality and integrity of research data.
  • Ensure data quality practices align with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards relevant to research data.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with poor data quality in research outputs. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, operations, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of implementing data quality programs in complex, research-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and operational processes in research settings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Collibra) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in Data Management or Data Governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).
  • Experience in industries with high data compliance standards such as academic research, healthcare, or finance.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data quality monitoring and research data analysis. Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou Candidate with less experience can be considered for Senior Manager or Associate Director role.
