工作职责:
- Recruitment
- Accountable for whole recruitment cycle, including but not limited to hiring lead-time, cost (Cost per hire) and interview experience management
- Continuously improving Sourcing talent pool with sourcing channel optimization
- Attending reviews with HRBPand proactively partner the resourcing needs and strategies of the function
- Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent
- Managing internal ATS to buildup own talent system, including resumes, comments, etc. to prepare the pipeline database and engage with a proactive plan basis local needs
- Conducting talent mapping as required for the function/s
- Providing external functional insights to the business
- Leading local functional specific projects
- Conducting recruitment drives and anchoring selection process by coordinating between HM & candidates as well as offering process

- Experience in recruitment is required
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor Degree with Minimum 2 year of relevant recruitment experience
