工作职责:

  • Recruitment
  • Accountable for whole recruitment cycle, including but not limited to hiring lead-time, cost (Cost per hire) and interview experience management
  • Continuously improving Sourcing talent pool with sourcing channel optimization
  • Attending reviews with HRBPand proactively partner the resourcing needs and strategies of the function
  • Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent
  • Managing internal ATS to buildup own talent system, including resumes, comments, etc. to prepare the pipeline database and engage with a proactive plan basis local needs
  • Conducting talent mapping as required for the function/s
  • Providing external functional insights to the business
  • Leading local functional specific projects
  • Conducting recruitment drives and anchoring selection process by coordinating between HM & candidates as well as offering process

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in recruitment is required
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor Degree with Minimum 2 year of relevant recruitment experience
