Provide strong electronics support in whole project life cycle which included but not limited in R&D, Engineering Build, Pilot Build, Mass Production. LOCATION: Shenzhen/Suzhou

- Scourting industry' the cut edge techlolegy, replace the current design circuit.
- Competitor product analyze, do the benchmark, optimize current design.
- Involves current product being analysed and evaluated to reduce costs, improve product function or both.
- Value analysis exercises include costs, function, alternative components and design aspects.
- Involve brainstorming improvements and alternatives to improve the value of the product.
- As product design leader, whatever air fry, oven, coffee machine, blender,slushy, Cream, multi-cooking, grill, vacuum cordless or cord, personal care, air purifier, at least master two or three kinds category.
- Coroperate with DM, to optimize the product design, no matter redesign hardware archtechture,redesign parts circuit, such as mcu, power supply, display, sensor, amplifier, pcb size,etc
- Work with cross function-team, such as PM,testing, quality, purchase, NPD and so on.
- Lead the out of china project, guarrety DVPR, DQPT test result are positive until MP.
- Implement Design Verification Test in each EB build to evaluate robustness of PCBA design.
- Review and approve PCBA design documents in Pilot phase.
- Review and approve PCBA manufacture process and test process in Pilot phase.
- Provide engineering support to achieve best quality and best cost.
- Fluquence English to communicate with aboard coworkers or suppliers. ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of design and verification for power supply, micro processer, sensor, heater and motor control etc.
- Good knowledge and skill to design Schematic, PCB layout circuit simulation and software development.
- Good knowledge of safety design to comply with UL and IEC requirement(IEC60335/UL982/UL1017).
- Good knowledge of electronics component selection and verification.
- Good knowledge of design for reliability, DFMEA, RCA etc.
- Good knowledge of design for manufacture and PCBA manufactures process.
- Good knowledge of EMC design and test.
- Good knowledge of PCBA verification test requirement and procedure.
- Good knowledge of 6 sigma.
- Good skill on reading, writing and oral English communication.
- At least 5+ years work experience in PCBA design and manufacture for home appliance or similar electronics system.
- At least 8 years work experience in circuit design includes both analog and digital circuit.
- Know the firmware control underlying logic
- Good experience in PCBA manufacture and testing.
- Possess a robust VAVE experience, adept at independent handling project cost analysis, providing cost reduction solutions, and implementing them.
- Have a strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills, keep curiosity, innovation, flexibility ,think out of box, capable of proposing unique solutions for cost reduction and poduct functionality.
- Understanding of industry trends,market demands, cutting edge technology to propose product improvements and innovative directions.
