About The Business
We help clients manage regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, financial crime, and other regulatory investigation related matters (excluding the practice of law). These services are usually in support of the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Internal Legal Counsel, External Legal Counsel or other designated client leaders responsible for regulatory, compliance, and financial crime issues, delivered through:
- Regulatory & Compliance;
- Financial Industry Risk & Regulatory;
- Financial Crime
Work you'll do
- 数据处理与分析:根据业务分析师提出的需求,对数据进行清洗、转换和整合,确保数据的准确性和可用性;运用 SQL、Python 等工具,为风险管理决策提供有力支持;
- 统计建模与算法开发:根据业务分析师提出的模型设计方案,构建各类统计模型,如信用风险评估模型、预期信用损失模型等;开发和优化数据分析算法,为风险识别和预警提供科学依据;
- 项目协作与沟通:与业务分析师、客户等紧密合作,将业务问题转化为可执行的数据解决方案;
- 数据可视化与报告撰写:运用 Tableau、PowerBI等可视化工具,将数据分析结果以直观易懂的图表、报告形式呈现,为业务决策提供清晰的可视化支持;
- 技术支持与优化:维护和优化数据处理流程和模型,及时解决项目中出现的数据问题。

We are looking for someone with
- 计算机相关专业,本科及以上学历;
- 具备数据分析能力,具备代码基础,熟练掌握Python等语言;
- 熟练掌握SQL语言,能够熟练进行数据查询、清洗和管理;
- 具有良好的团队协作精神,能够与不同的人员进行有效的沟通和协作,工作认真负责,具有较强的学习能力,能够快速适应新的技术和业务需求
