  • Collect data and information of suppliers, conduct deep supplier market survey on material in charge, and make purchasing strategy on this basis;
  • Formulate rational supplier selection and evaluation documents;
  • Participate in new product development and establish relevant supply chain;
  • Participate in new equipment selection, technical evaluation, and technical communication with suppliers ;
  • Review equipment technical parameters, drawings, and agreements to ensure compliance with production process requirements and German safety technical standards.
  • Participate in supplier qualification audits, evaluating and screening equipment suppliers from a technical perspective;
  • Assist in addressing technical clarifications and communication issues during the purchasing process;
  • Provide professional technical support for automatic facilities assembly;
  • Collect raw material price trends; control purchasing cost and date of delivery;
  • Track orders to avoid delivery delay of suppliers;
  • Cooperate with relevant depts to promote continuous improvement of supply chain performance;constantly implement Dual sourcing strategy of core material;
  • Negotiate with suppliers (including mould development, product price, delivery date, manner of packing, quality requirement, confidentiality agreement etc.)
  • Supplier development and business negotiation in Asia for fischer HQ and all subsidiaries products.
  • Other tasks from line manager. Requirement: Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a re-lated field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Equipment Engineer or Equipment Su-pervisor in a manufacturing plant, with familiarity with mechanical and automation equipment; or at least 5 years sourcing experience about mechanical and automation equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety technical standards for machinery, particularly German and EU standards.
  • Fluency in spoken English, capable of using it as a working language for technical communication and business negotiations. German language is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documentation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Prefers:
  • Study or work experience in Germany;
  • Direct experience involved in exporting equipment, especially to Germany/Europe. Others:
  • Adapt to traveling on business; driving license C is a plus;
  • Strong focus on work and willing to take charge;
  • Honest, fair,diligent with good professional responsibility;
  • Be practical and realistic, able to react fast and complete task with high efficiency;
  • Be flexible but never deviate from goals;
  • Understand enterprise culture with good behavior.
