Core Mission
- Increase brand and product consumer awareness and preference with clear strategy and integrated digital marketing campaigns for Aesthetics portfolio
- Measure ROI and KPIs of all campaigns/platforms
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with product portfolio team to establish brand/products' consumer communication strategy and KPI
Develop and execute yearly consumer and digital communication plan:
Plan, execute seasonal brand/product campaign to increase brand awareness and drive consumer demand through various channels
- Content creation with strong key messages and consistent premium brand image according to consumer insight analysis
- Media buy and Social influencer content seeding with strategic focus
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to build up eco-system
- Measure ROI and KPIs of all campaigns/platforms
Monitor competitors and provide ideas to stand out
Collaborate with customers to accelerate consumer funnel
Communicate with key customers for campaign collaboration and execution to establish a strong collaboration relationship
Collect customers' feedbacks to optimize consumer and digital plan
Accountable for consumer research and understand consumer journey such as:
Identify the trigger for consultation, treatment etc.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Supervise digital agencies to ensure agency deliver quality work and ahead of project deadline.
- KPI setting, track/monitor mechanism and develop agile operating model
- Fully understand digital platforms' trends, and best practice from global or industry to be the digital marketing and consumer expert for the business.

Education/Training
- Bachelor degree above
Work Experience
- Above eight years' experience in consumer or pharmaceutical industry; medical aesthetics industry or medical cosmetics related working experiences is preferred; rich experience in digital marketing
Professional Technical Competencies/Skills (please Specify)
- Proven working experience in marketing field
- Familiar with popular social platforms, including Little Red Book, Dianping, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin etc.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaign, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written, interpersonal skills and the ability to with different stakeholder
