Role Summary / 岗位概述 The Switching Power Supply Design Engineer is responsible for the schematic design, PCB layout, testing, and debugging of switching power supply circuits for new products. This role collaborates closely with Safety, EMC, and Production engineering teams to ensure product safety, compliance, and smooth transition from development to production. 开关电源设计工程师负责新产品开关电源电路的原理图设计、PCB布局、测试与调试。该岗位需与安全、EMC及生产工程团队紧密协作,确保产品安全合规,并顺利完成从研发到量产的过渡。
Roles and Responsibilities / 岗位职责
- Design schematics and PCB layouts for switching power supplies. 设计开关电源的电路原理图和PCB布局。
- Select and evaluate new components for new products. 选型和评估新产品元器件。
- Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials). 制定并维护BOM清单。
- Test and debug PCB assemblies and finished products. 对PCB组装件及成品进行测试和调试。
- Collaborate with Safety and EMC engineers to resolve safety and EMC-related issues. 与安规及EMC工程师协作,解决安全和EMC相关问题。
- Work with Production engineers to analyze and provide solutions for technical issues during pre-production. 与生产工程师合作,分析并解决试产阶段的技术问题。
Qualifications / 任职要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. 电子、电气类本科及以上学历。
- More than 3 years of experience in switching power supply design. 3年以上开关电源设计经验。
- Experience in audio product design is preferred. 有音频产品设计经验者优先。
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. 具备良好的沟通、组织与团队合作能力。
- Proficient in schematic and PCB layout design tools such as PADS or Altium Designer. 熟练使用PADS或Altium Designer等原理图及PCB设计软件。
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. 熟悉模拟和数字电子电路。
