Job Summary
This position, Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic brand plans for Greater China market. The position will play a central role in adapting global strategy to local Chinese needs and leading cross functional alignment to execute the marketing plans from end to end.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Management
A) Marketing:
- Work closely with line manger to deliver yearly marketing plan (AOP, LE) and budget plan.
- Have strategic thinking and planning for each brand's marketing calendar and business priorities.
- Working closely with merchandising team on product assortment discussion and seasonal ordering process.
- Be familiar with market landscape and competition trends in China, a good storyteller for product driven campaign as well.
- Lead the execution of brands' integrated campaign for China market, to enhance the category awareness and drive traffic for both eCom and offline business.
- Collaborate with eCom team for content marketing activations, ensure all contents are in line with brand guidelines.
- Lead retail team and retail marketing member to propose and acquire approval from Global for off-line activities, inline with business roadmap and priorities.
- Responsible for ordering and developing all brand related marketing materials, including but not limited to product handbook, training materials, GWP.
- Play as the key person to communicate for brand marketing related request, lead cross-functional discussion from global to local to achieve quality execution towards business target.
- Build up good relationship with Mother brand China team.
B) Boutique business
- Lead boutique seasonal assortment proposal inline with business priorities.
- Liaison with mother brand to enhance boutique business.
Capability:
- Strategy thinking ability to facilitate short term and long term company business targets.
- Strong sense of fashion/accessory market, keep up with latest market trends including mother brands and overall industry.
- Hands-on for all execution from end to end, with strong problem solving skills.
- A project leader for various of marketing campaign, good at creative and copywriting.
- Plan and control the budget required for each marketing activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Capability to monitor budget monthly and yearly. Control all quotes from key partners and agencies to ensure we are continuously getting best deal.
- Strong management on agencies, can keep challenging the business partners to deliver best-in-class standard.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above
- At least 8 years relevant in-house marketing / account management experience with reputable companies. International fashion brand and jewelry, accessory brand would be a plus.
- Solid marketing/product experience in both planning and execution.
- Understanding all consumer language and best communication tools on the market.
- Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences with ability to bring audience with you.
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
- Excellent copywriting in Chinese.
