This is a unique opportunity to lead the regional commercial development and brand advocacy for an award-winning single malt whisky, representing a pioneer of fine English craftsmanship on a truly global stage.
Based from
Taiwan, Seoul, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Xiamen,
or
Tokyo
, you'll drive sales growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, and bring the brand to life through immersive events, tastings, and collaborations with leading trade partners and consumers across Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales and brand development across Asia and the Middle East, supporting distributors, key accounts, and luxury partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, sommeliers, and educators.
- Secure premium listings across on- and off-trade channels, ensuring brand visibility and performance.
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences through tastings, events, and activations.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, seminars, and press events with professionalism and passion.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align commercial strategy, demand forecasting, and execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales management within the spirits industry, ideally in luxury single malt whisky.
- Strong trade network and channel knowledge within Taiwan, Mainland China, Japan, or Korea.
- Demonstrated experience in brand advocacy, education, or ambassadorial roles.
- WSET Spirits Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese, with excellent English communication; other Asian languages an advantage.
- Outgoing, polished, and professional with a true passion for premium spirits and hospitality.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple markets and partners.
