We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist to lead the development, management, and optimization of our agricultural raw material bases. This role is critical to ensuring the quality, consistency, and sustainability of key crops such as chili, herbs, and other spice ingredients used in our food and extract production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in crop cultivation, GAP certification, supplier quality management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and procurement teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crop base management, preferably in food or spice ingredient sectors
- Proven experience with GAP certification, supplier quality systems, and agricultural technical trials
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to travel to base locations and work closely with field teams
