该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager for Learning & Development. You will be the core engine for organizational talent development, overseeing the entire process from strategic planning to execution. You will directly align with business strategy to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that enhance organizational capabilities, empower employee growth, and directly contribute to achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Development of the L&D Framework
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis by deeply understanding annual organizational strategies and business priorities.
- Lead the design and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive talent development framework for all employees, based on competency models for various business lines and job levels.
- The framework must encompass key modules such as Leadership, Professional Skills, Management Capabilities, Business Acumen, and New Hire Onboarding.
- End-to-End Training Program & Course Management
- Spearhead the in-house development and iteration of key training courses, including but not limited to leadership, management skills, effective communication, and professional excellence.
- Manage the end-to-end operational management of training initiatives, from needs assessment and program design to delivery, evaluation, and review.
- Establish and refine training effectiveness tracking mechanisms (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure ROI and provide data-driven insights for organizational decision-making.
- Integration of Learning Technologies & Resources
- Proactively explore and introduce external high-quality training resources and innovative learning technologies to diversify learning formats and enhance the learning experience and efficiency.
- Utilize office productivity and data analysis software proficiently to increase the digitization and intelligence of training management.
- Building & Empowering the Internal Trainer Cohort
- Be responsible for the selection, cultivation, certification, and motivation of the internal trainer (facilitator) team.
- Conduct regular workshops, skill-building sessions, and provide ongoing support to continuously enhance the course development and facilitation capabilities of the trainer team, ensuring their professionalism and engagement.
- Driving Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
- Reinforce the dissemination and adoption of organizational values by designing and executing large-scale corporate culture events (e.g., speech contests, annual award ceremonies, company anniversaries), thereby boosting employee belonging and engagement. Qualifications & Experience:
- Education & Background: Master's degree in Management or a related field is prefered. 8+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development within large organizations, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or core strategic planning role.
- Framework Development Expertise: A proven track record of successfully building or comprehensively upgrading a talent development framework from the ground up, with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
- Exceptional Project & Operational Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex training projects concurrently with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent delivery quality. Prior experience operating programs at a scale of thousands of employees is highly preferred.
- Outstanding Communication & Influence: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, effectively promote learning initiatives, and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Acumen: Capable of using data analysis tools to evaluate training effectiveness and drive decision-making based on insights.
- Language & Skills: Fluent English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools like Power BI is a distinct advantage. What we offer No matter which business field you join, we will offer you:
