End-to-End Procurement Process Implementation
-Oversee the full procurement cycle from requirement to payment through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Actively accumulate and develop supplier resources aligned with the company's industry and business development stage.
Cost Efficiency Optimization
- Demonstrate strong price sensitivity and achieve continuous cost reduction through demand management, supplier optimization, and procurement strategy adjustments.
Technical & Strategic Influence
- Leverage professional expertise in procurement categories to effectively influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring optimal procurement outcomes.
Team Collaboration
- Proactively backup team members beyond assigned responsibilities, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above with 4+ years of procurement experience in IT hardware/software/services or Administrative & Professional Service categories .
IT categories include cloud services, servers, office hardware/software; Administrative & Professional Service categories cover workplace leasing, property management, travel, logistics, HR services and Consulting Service etc.
Core Competencies
Integrity, resilience, self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent time management, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language & Data Skills
-English proficiency for work communication (preferred).
-Data-sensitive with the ability to analyze and compare datasets for procurement decision-making.
