二、新产品导入(NPI)New Product Introduction (NPI).
- 参与从设计概念到大规模生产的整个新产品导入流程。 Participate in the NPI process from design concept to mass production.
制定并执行生产爬坡计划,包括工装、设备采购和工艺验证。 Develop and execute production ramp-up plans, including tooling, equipment procurement, and process validation.
三、设备和工装管理 ;Equipment and Tooling Management
- 规定、选择并管理制造设备和工装的安装与维护. Specify, select, and manage the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- 制定预防性维护计划,以确保设备的正常运行时间和可靠性。 Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
- 与供应商合作,寻找并优化设备和工具解决方案。 Collaborate with suppliers to source and optimize equipment and tool solutions. 任职资格: 1. 本科学历,机械工程、电气工程或自动化专业; Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering and automatization, or a related field.
