We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead a reputable school in China. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experience, driving academic excellence, and fostering a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to the school community.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences through effective curriculum development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being of all students.
- Manage school operations efficiently, including budgetary and staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement professional development programs.
- Engage with parents and the wider community to strengthen school partnerships.
- Oversee school compliance with national and international education standards.
- Monitor student progress and implement initiatives to enhance academic performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or above in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Teaching or principal management qualifications (e.g. PGCE, QTS, NPQH, IBEN member).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a principal or in a senior management position.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape in China and the ability to navigate its complexities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in implementing effective educational programs and initiatives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
