The Position

:
- 掌握客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责关键客户,优化使用预算内开支
- 管理地区内经销网络,为指定的经销商制定年度销售任务,协助、监督经销商的销售业绩以确保年度目标的完成
- 助力经销商分销网络的建立,加强本地区内终端客户的覆盖
- 发展、维护关键客户,提高终端客户的销量产出
- 观察区域内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程
- 收集市场数据并定点评估潜在前景, 定期将趋势上报给区域经理
- 为下属制定职业发展计划,通过培训及授权等方式完善地区关键客户销售团队
- 与中央及区域市场部紧密合作,以开拓市场潜力
基本任职资格:
- 临床诊断或相关科学专业或商务学位本科或硕士学历。熟练应用微软办公软件。
您还应具备:
- 至少8年相关行业销售经验,同时具有5年管理职位的任职经验
- 有市场和渠道开拓经验尤佳
