该职位来源于猎聘 Description & Requirements We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Consultant to join our CBT China Enablement Team. The primary objective of this role is to provide in-depth Business Analysis and Data Reporting support to our Business Development, Marketing, and Channel Partnerships, Category, WFS and WMC teams, aiding in the onboarding and growth of Chinese sellers to the Walmart Marketplace. As a Senior Seller Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance seller recruitment strategies and optimize marketplace operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports on seller recruitment & seller management of whole lifecycle and category performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Channel Partnership, BD, Category, WFS and WMC team to understand business activities and translate them into actionable insights.
- Lead and oversee the collection, validation, and consolidation of marketplace China seller registration data from multiple sources.
- Improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data flow between the SCRM system, Salesforce and Looker.
- Identify category growth pattern and opportunities to enable GMV growth.
- Provide training and on-site support on business team to ensure effective data usage in day-to-day operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for data-related inquiries and support across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing data flows to enhance efficiency. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience in BI reporting and data analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL or Power BI.
- Strong analytics skills.
- Good knowledge in mathematic modelling and statistics.
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, proficient in both English and Chinese is high preferred.
- Experience in analyzing data and solving problems independently.
