- Establish and enhance commercial operations management systems, covering core processes such as sales operations, channel management and customer service
- Lead the China marketing communications team to execute localized strategies and event, drive brand growth, and generate sales leads.
- Regularly evaluate commercial operations performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Process Optimization:
