Position Overview:
A highly motivated Digital User Experience UX/UI Designer to drive international expansion initiatives. Partnering with cross-regional teams—including Digital Business, Omnichannel, Digital Product, Digital Program Management, Data, and Technology—you will design intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences across e-commerce, omnichannel, and retail touchpoints. Combining expertise in product localization, design execution, and storytelling, you will translate bold visions into seamless end-to-end solutions that elevate the World-class luxury customer experience and deliver business impact. Exposure to cutting-edge omnichannel, e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design:
Translate business goals and user insights into intuitive interfaces and digital customer experiences. (Web, WeChat, WeCom, Key Digital Platforms, etc.) Design and refine user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web, mobile, and omnichannel solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Digital e-Business, Omnichannel, Product, Program Management, Data, and Technology teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Research & Testing:
Marketing trend, research, conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design solutions and continuously improve customer experience. - Design System:
Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across regions and platforms. - Innovation:
Leverage emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven tools to enhance digital product capabilities. - Collaborative and innovative culture
with global and local teams.

- Bachelor's degree in design, Experience in beauty, luxury industry or related field.
- 5–8+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital product or omnichannel environments. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools or data-driven analysis and personalization.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD/PS/AI, or similar design/prototyping tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus (not must require).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user flows and visuals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
