- Design, develop, debug and optimize electrical hardware products according to the project requirements, including but not limited to schematic design, PCB design, device selection and function implementation, BOM, etc.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing electrical systems, components, and products.
- Work with engineers on development, debugging, and verification testing of electromechanical systems and embedded products.
- Provide technical support during verification, production, and post launch phases.
- Responsible for the testing of the products and passing the medical electrical standards (EMC/IEC, etc.).
- Complete related subsystem technical files, operation manuals, etc.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers.
- Acquire and enhance a technical understanding of all Cytek Cytometer Systems and develop the skills necessary to analyze and troubleshoot the electromechanical sub-systems within the Cytek Cytometer Systems. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of industry experience, with medical device development preferred.
- Experience in using PCB drawing software, PCB board design of more than 4 layers, and proficient in various signal processing in the process of PCB layout.
- Skills in C language programming, analog circuits and digital circuits.
- Experienced in electromechanical design for medical products, including selection of materials for performance and reliability.
- Experienced in working with multi-sub-system equipment including electronic, optical, fluidic, and application software sub-systems is a plus.
- Ability to independently design and analyze circuits and accurately perform relevant verification and design according to the datasheet of electronic components.
- Familiar with relevant industrial standards and experienced in EMC/ESD debugging.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on conveying technical information to non-subject matter experts. Cytek is an equal-opportunity employer.
