Responsibilities
- Lead NAMA brand communication strategy to further double down on the business growth
- Deliver annual marketing calendar for NAMA including content, media, celebrity/ IP assets development and landing omni-channel
- Lead platform of new to reimagine cola and build future-proof portfolio and new engagement model
- Lead Pepsi 文旅strategy to drive penetration in OOH
- Support brand lead on critical business plan development: JBP, AOP, QPP & IMC
- Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed accordingly to China region DOA

- Solid marketing fundamentals - strong business E2E mindset and passion to build an iconic brand
- Agility and change management due to market, consumer and channel dynamics
- Strong communication skills and collaboration both internally and externally
- Ability to think differently and change status quo
