该职位来源于猎聘 About the role You will own the end‑to‑end design of the cab instrument panel (IP) and related center storage for China-market trucks—translating user needs, cost targets, and manufacturing realities into robust, serviceable, and high‑quality parts. The IP acts as the carrier for E/E components (switches, screens, outlets, etc.) and must provide routing/fastening opportunities for cable harnesses while maximizing functional storage at low cost. Key responsibilities 1 Drive concept‑to‑release design of IP & center storage: layout, architecture, materials/finishes, interfaces, packaging, DFM/DFA, tolerance and stack‑up, attachment
2 Create & release high‑quality 3D/2D (preferably CATIA/3Dx), BOMs, and technical documentation; steward change through PLM. 3 Integrate E/E content (HMI panels, CID, USB/24V, HCU), provide harness space and fastening; manage ergonomics, reachability, visibility, and cross‑cab access.

Plan and execute verification with CAE/physical tests: eigen‑frequency, static/fatigue, squeak & rattle, extreme environment cycling, crash‑safety interfaces; iterate with suppliers.
5 Collaborate with manufacturing/aftermarket on assembly, pre‑assembly (IP drop‑in), serviceability, and spare part breakdown; support trials and issue resolution.
6 Lead cross‑functional reviews; for senior candidates, mentor juniors and coordinate supplier work‑packages. Qualifications 1 Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Design or related.
2 Strong 3D/2D CAD skills (CATIA preferred) and familiarity with PLM
3 Demonstrated experience delivering interior hard‑trim/plastics with suppliers; solid DFM, tooling, and material knowledge.
4 Effective cross‑functional collaboration and working English.
