职位描述
1、为成人学员(CEFR A2–C1水平)提供英语培训,包括但不限于:

1)设计并开展定制化的内部语言培训课程(线上及线下),覆盖不同专业背景的学习者;

2)监测并向相关利益方汇报学员的学习进展;

3)向学员提供关于学习进度和改进重点的反馈;

2、为成人英语学习者开发教学内容:

1)开发供其他教师开展的线上同步教学课程材料;

2)开发学员自主学习用的线上异步学习材料;

3)开发用于学习进度评估和水平分级的语言测试内容;

3、开展标准化英语语言测试,评估学员语言水平,并提供专业反馈;

4、与个人及团队协作,参与学习材料、培训计划及课程体系的选择与开发。

1.Deliver English language training to adult learners (ranging from CEFR A2 to C1) :

1)Deliver customised in-house language training courses (online and face-to-face) for learners across a range of professional backgrounds;

2)Monitor and report on students' learning progress to stakeholders;

3)Provide feedback to students on their progress and key areas of improvement;

2.Develop content for adult English language learners:

1)Develop course materials for online tutor-led synchronous sessions to be delivered by other tutors;

2)Develop online learning materials for students' asynchronous self study;

3)Develop language assessment content for both progress and placement;

3.Conduct standardised English language assessments, evaluate language proficiency, and provide professional feedback;

4.Support the selection and development of learning materials, training plans, and curricula in collaboration with individuals and teams.

职位要求
1、英语达到CEFR C2水平;

2、至少3年EFL/ESL教师或培训师工作经验;

3、具备优秀的口头和书面沟通能力;

4、具备自主性,能够制定项目计划、合理安排优先级并独立完成任务;

5、具备较强的协作能力,能够与来自不同背景和观点的人高效合作;

6、灵活且善于自我反思,能够适应快节奏的工作环境。

1.CEFR C2 proficiency in English;

2.Minimum of 3 years' experience as an EFL/ESL teacher or trainer;

3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

4.Self-directed, with the ability to create project plans, prioritise tasks, and execute independently;

5.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives;

6.Flexible and self-reflective, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
