Our client, a MNC is looking for the following position:

Director of Organizational Development, China

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development / talent management, ideally within a global or multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with performance management, learning and development, and succession programs.

Responsibilities:

Learning and Development (50%)

  • Design and Implement Learning Programs: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy tailored to the needs of different locations and departments in China, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Deploy global learning and development programs: Partner with local HR teams to deploy global learning and development programs in China, ensuring they are relevant and impactful and enhance individual and team performance.
  • Support eLearning Platform, monitor and report on learning analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and Vendor Management

Talent Development and Management (30%)

  • Implement Talent Development Initiatives: Implement initiatives focused on talent development, performance management, and succession planning ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Implement Succession Planning: Partner with HRBPs to identify and develop high-potential talent through Talent Review and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) process, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Strategic Alignment and Collaboration & Reporting and Continuous Improvement (20%)

  • Act as the primary OD liaison for the region, ensuring alignment with global OD COE strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Global OD COE Leader and regional leadership, outlining program impacts, lessons learned, and recommendations.
