- End-to-End Project Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across core pillars:
Process & Governance, Data & Analytics, Campus Strategy, Employer Branding, Recruitment Channels and Candidate Experience. - Strategic Project Management
Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and vendors to drive program success. - Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and progress updates for global/regional stakeholders. - Global Standardization
Develop frameworks, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across regions. - Talent Innovation
Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience enhancements in key markets. - International Scope
Drive HQ-led initiatives with localized implementation across multiple countries.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree above in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience
- 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR project management, or HR transformation (experienced professionals encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally/regionally.
- Strong grasp of TA lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
