Job Description
Sales Effectiveness Management (30%):
- Implement and continuously improve the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) system by optimizing data, processes, and system digitalization.
- Develop sales targets and incentive plans; support cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Training departments.
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership team in China to complete target hospital selection, key account setting, and territory alignment.
Market Insight and Strategy Development (20%):
- Stay informed of changes in the market environment (e.g., VBP/DRGs) and effectively translate these changes into SFE management strategies.
- Enhance data sensitivity from a Sales Performance Effectiveness (SPE) perspective and support the development of the Business Unit's strategies based on data insights.
Operational Management (20%):
- Oversee daily operations, leading the team in optimizing operational processes to enhance work quality and efficiency.
- Publish sales dashboards and reports for business reviews; implement a performance management system that provides regular feedback and evaluation on distributor performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop sales targets, incentive schemes, and track results effectively.
Team Coaching and Development (30%):
- Coach and guide team members on territory design, sales force deployment, database management, sales reporting, and other functions.
- Facilitate the development of the Commercial Excellence department by providing structured coaching to enhance overall team performance and capabilities.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (required); preferable in business management or finance
Experience
- At least 5 years experiences pharmaceutical, health care, medical device industry
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales effectiveness management, business operations, or data support management; people management experience is a plus. Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred. Commercial acumen is advantageous.

- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Growth-oriented and consumer-focused approach.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Data analysis and modeling skills are a plus
