Develop/formulate new products (cleaner &RP) as determined necessary by the market group or due to changes in raw material availability.

Develop manufacturing procedures.

Evaluate and recommend approval of new raw materials, as well as, adjustments/modifications of raw materials and finished product specifications.
Coordinate R&D activities with marketing, manufacturing, technical services, quality control and health and safety departments, as well as, universities, consultants and attorneys.
Maintain complete, permanent records of all work performed and results obtained.

Effective communication with MFS worldwide laboratory managers – USA, Europe & India.

Able to rise above and assist with the transformation of apathetic unbelieving mind set's and drive towards new company objects that meet and exceed customer and market expectations.
