该职位来源于猎聘 JD of Quality Manager Key Tasks:
- Works together with other departments to set up method to reach and guarantee the products quality. 和其它部门合作,建立产品质量保障体系;
- Design, develop, and implement plant quality system, lead all quality function activities (quality assurance, quality control, quality processes), supervise all quality related employees and conduct necessary quality training.
设计、开发和实施质量体系, 带领所有与质量方面有关的行动(质量保证,质量控制,质量进程),监督所有与产品质量有关的人员,并进行必要的素质培训;
- Ensuring all quality activities are carried out efficiently and effectively supporting the plant's operational and financial goals. 负责确保所有质量活动的高效开展,并确保其能有效的支持公司营运和财务目标的完成;
- Respond to all external and internal customer inquiries and concerns in an effective and expeditious manner. 针对所有内部和外部客户疑问,有效、谨慎的做出回应;
- Enhancing product flow through timely and efficient inspection procedures and realize Continuous improvement systems. 通过及时有效的检验程序保障产品各过程的流通,实现系统的持续改进;
- Work together with Purchase department to implement supplier assessment and control the quality of purchased parts. 和采购部门合作实施供应商考核,管控采购件的质量 Requirements:
- A four-year university graduate of technical degree, preferably in the quality field. 大学本科毕业,工科文凭,质量相关专业优先。
- Over five years' experience working in a manufacturing environment or in the quality field, over three years' experience in quality manager position. 5年以上制造业质量领域经验,3年以上质量经理经验。
- Requires a thorough knowledge of quality concepts including process control, analysis, be familiar with ISO9001/ASME/CE/UL, PDCA, QC tools etc. 全面了解质量概念,包括流程控制分析. 熟悉了解ISO9001/ASME/CE/UL, PDCA, QC 工具(五大工具,七大手法)等。
- Advanced computer applications, good oral and written skills, good time management skills. 熟练使用计算机,英语流利,掌握时间管理技巧。
- Strong problem solving, leadership and good communication skill. 擅长解决问题,有领导力和擅长交流。
